A Masterclass on the fundamentals of American BBQ, focused on preparing Pulled Pork, with a particular emphasis on the pork cut, using the coppa (shoulder). During the masterclass, participants will learn how to properly trim the meat cut, extract the “Money Muscle,” prepare a perfect injection, and create an ideal seasoning with a rub mixture. Additionally, a detailed explanation of “Low & Slow” and “Hot & Fast” cooking techniques will be provided, along with guidelines on the temperatures to reach in our device for the best results.

Participants will have the opportunity to actively engage, from handling the meat to preparing and tasting Pulled Pork-filled Gyoza, for a complete and immersive culinary experience.
