Pitmaster Riccardo D’Amaro will guide us through the five key secrets to using Rubs effectively, both in retail sales and in dish preparation.

In this hands-on session, we’ll dive into the art of “rubbing”—a crucial technique where a blend of spices is massaged into the surface of the meat to enhance absorption and intensify flavors.

At the end of the session, we’ll enjoy a comparative tasting, where we’ll sample dishes prepared without Rubs and those enriched with them. The flavor difference and impact of these ingredients will be undeniable!
