Join the exclusive demonstration and training program, dedicated to professionals and enthusiasts in the bakery sector.

You will discover the secrets of preparing focaccia and bread using the heat of the BBQ. During the event, we will guide you in selecting the raw materials and their optimal use, revealing techniques and tricks to achieve perfect results.

The practical session will begin with a presentation of the doughs by our expert, followed by an opportunity for participants to replicate the preparations. The event will conclude with fermentation and cooking directly on the BBQ grill, for a complete and engaging experience.
