It’s time for the undisputed king of the barbecue: His Majesty the brisket! We will taste, directly from the smoker, Serena Simonetti’s brisket – from FVGrillers Barbecue – who in 2018 was named “Best International Brisket” at the prestigious Jack Daniel’s World Championship Invitational Barbecue.

But that’s not all: during the tasting, Serena will reveal the secrets to a perfect brisket, from the injection to the trimming, from the temperatures to the spices, and even the tricks to always get the best result.

All of this will take place at the Smokey Ben booth, where the brisket will be smoked with the finest products selected to enhance its flavor and texture.

And to ensure no one is left hungry, Wallace Carrara BBQ has prepared a large amount of brisket, ready to satisfy every curiosity!
