In this masterclass, participants will be guided through the process of creating a perfect smoked burger, uncovering the essential steps:

  • Choosing the Right Ingredients: Discover the best ingredients to highlight the flavors and ensure top-quality results.
  • Preparing the Ingredients: Understand how to combine flavors, textures, and cooking methods for a perfectly balanced and delicious burger.
  • A Technical Deep-Dive: Explore the advantages and challenges of using smoking techniques in burger preparation.

Throughout the session, participants will have the opportunity to build their own burger and will also learn how to prepare a signature sauce to complement their creation.

At the end of the class, everyone will enjoy tasting their personal masterpiece and leave with valuable culinary skills to elevate their future burger creations.
