All the Secrets of Porchetta
An unmissable Masterclass dedicated to authentic porchetta from the Castelli Romani, where tradition and technique come together. Guided by Pitmaster Marco Sangiovanni and Butcher Davide Cecconi, participants will discover all the secrets of this preparation: selecting the right meat, seasoning, tying, and mastering the timing for perfect cooking. A fully hands-on experience: each participant will prepare their own small porchetta, following the masters step by step.
