Backyard BBQ Ribs: Cuts, Techniques, and Tips
To make serious barbecue, you need to know where to cut and how to trim the meat properly. In this Academy, we’ll explore the two main rib cuts: St. Louis cut and Baby Back ribs. You’ll learn how to trim to perfection and then move on to seasoning — because flavoring plays a key role too.
We’ll cover practical seasoning techniques, building layers of flavor and texture during both Hot & Fast and Low & Slow cooking methods for the best possible result. Then, all that’s left is to taste!
You’ll take your prepared ribs home with you, ready to cook and enjoy the results of what you’ve learned.
