Take part in a hands-on class dedicated to preparing authentic pulled pork, exploring the slow-cooking methods that made American barbecue famous. During this Masterclass, you’ll learn how to manage the meat from selecting the right cut to the final pulling stage, comparing the two main U.S. traditions. We’ll see how to balance flavors with Carolina’s signature tangy sauces and how to achieve a flavorful bark and juicy meat. You’ll fill your own bun, carefully balancing meat, juices, and texture.
