Pitmaster Giovanni Baratta and Chef Massimo Vallotti will teach you how to prepare the iconic burger — and most importantly, how to achieve that perfect crust! You’ll learn which seasonings work best, how to make them, and how to approach cooking on a flat top (frytop).
