Thanks to the Hot ’n Fast cooking method, the technique that revolutionized American barbecue, we’ll achieve an incredibly tender and juicy result in less time, without sacrificing flavor or appearance. We’ll explore the use of different rubs, carefully designed to create balanced flavors that enhance the meat without overpowering its natural delicacy. You’ll be the ones to ensure a true championship result, finishing everything with a presentation sauce that transforms an excellent preparation into a real competition masterpiece.

This is a hands-on and straightforward class, ideal for those who want to refine their technique and cook ribs like a true competition professional.
