Kalbi Gui (or Galbi) is the undisputed icon of Korean barbecue. If you’re used to American-style ribs cooked for hours, here we’re in a completely different world. The two terms literally mean “grilled ribs” and refer to a traditional Korean dish made with beef short ribs (asado cut).
