We’re looking for 15 creators from all over Europe ready to experience BBQ Expo in a starring role.
We’ll host you for four days at the heart of the show, surrounded by fire, top pitmasters, international brands and exclusive experiences. A chance to discover the world of barbecue from an insider’s perspective and share it with your community.

The BBQ Creators Club is one of the big new additions to BBQ Expo 2027: an exclusive experience for 15 European creators, hosted in Parma to see the show from an insider’s perspective and share it with their followers before, during and after the event.
Four days in the heart of the Food Valley, immersed in the world of barbecue and outdoor cooking.
Get ready for more than 300 brands, products and technologies to discover, meetings with the industry’s leading names, the spectacular KCBS Master’s Challenge, which brought together 50 teams from over 10 countries in 2026, and live cooking demos by top pitmasters.
In 2027, fire will take centre stage like never before: the Arena is moving outdoors, for even more immersive shows packed with flames, live cooking and spectacular demonstrations.

As a Club member, you’ll have access to a private area inside the show, a meeting point and home base for the selected creators.
You’ll be able to watch live cooking demos and events from prime spots, connect with international brands and professionals, and discover stories, products and people to share with your community.

- Creators from any European country, UK included.
- At least 10,000 followers on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook or YouTube.
- A genuine passion for barbecue, outdoor cooking and live-fire culture, already evident in your published content.
- Availability to attend BBQ Expo in Parma, from 3 to 6 April 2027.
We’re not looking for 15 identical profiles. We’re looking for 15 different ways to experience and share barbecue, with personality, creativity and authenticity.
WHAT WE OFFER YOU
- 3 nights in a hotel in Parma during the show.
- Travel expenses reimbursed.
- Return transfers between hotel and venue.
- Entry to BBQ Expo for all four days.

Joining the BBQ Creators Club means playing an active part in telling the story of the show, sharing the anticipation, the excitement and the experiences of BBQ Expo with your community.
We ask you to create 3 Reels and a set of at least 3 Stories, spread out before, during and after the event.

No additional posting obligations. Just the freedom to share what you love.
The content required by the BBQ Creators Club must be dedicated to BBQ Expo and may not include your own sponsorships or commercial partnerships, unless authorised by the organisers.
You’re of course free to feature and talk about the brands, products and exhibitors at the show, as long as this doesn’t involve your own sponsorships within the agreed content.
We give you insider access. You bring your talent and your own way of telling the barbecue story.
