In this Academy, we’ll prepare a perfect Ribeye together — from marinating to building a beautiful crust — and then bring the sea into play with fresh king prawns seared on the griddle. You’ll learn how to choose the right meat, apply the rub in the correct amount, and use a thermometer to achieve the ideal doneness. You’ll handle premium ingredients and apply professional cooking techniques that truly make the difference. And after all the hard work: a tasting and a beer will accompany the answers to all your questions.
