An unmissable event for lovers of Neapolitan pizza, to learn all the secrets to creating the perfect pizza dough, both with a mixer and by hand.

We’ll guide you through the dough preparation, fermentation and maturation process, and how to shape the dough balls to achieve a thin and light base.

We’ll explore how to select high-quality ingredients like tomatoes, mozzarella, and other toppings to enhance the authentic flavor.

Each participant will have the chance to make their own pizza, from stretching the dough to baking it.

A hands-on and fun experience to become a true pizza master!
