Grilling Evolution: From Burger to Steak

Join Luca Bini for an experience where we’ll unlock new techniques to turn everyday cuts of meat into gourmet creations. With precise cooking methods, perfectly balanced marinades, and creative pairings, we’ll elevate outdoor cooking to a whole new level.

We’ll dive into how to achieve the right texture and depth of flavor using flavored butters, fresh herbs, and the right sides to complement every dish.

Luca Bini will guide us in creating:

Marinated Pork Filet Burgers: Tender pork filet, marinated and grilled, served on a bed of crisp iceberg lettuce, golden bacon, plum compote, and a mix of fresh sprouts, radish, and red cabbage. A surprising blend of flavors and textures.

Herb-Infused Rib Eye Steak: A perfectly cooked Rib Eye steak, enriched with melted butter and fresh herbs. It’s paired with grilled Belgian endive and lemon-infused cherry tomatoes, creating a perfect balance on the plate.

Throughout the session, participants will have the chance to observe, learn, and assist the expert in preparing these delicious dishes.
