All you can smash

We’ll guide you step by step in preparing the smash burger, the first-place winner of the 2019 MOTOR VALLEY SMOKING RACE in Modena, a stage of the NBC National Championship sanctioned by the WBQA.

You’ll learn how to make an irresistible cheeseburger with a soft red beer pretzel bun, double beef patties, double cheddar, bacon jam, peanut butter, and fresh vegetables—creating a unique explosion of flavors.

At the end of the preparation, all participants will have the chance to taste the final result of this gourmet delicacy.
